Important Information and Instruction

When requesting a repair please use the Invoice number from your invoice and the Serial number from the product. Failure to include this information may delay processing of your request. This online repair request form is intended for Philips Hospitality products and accessories only.  

Please complete this form carefully and await approval before sending your product to us. Typically you will receive a response by email within 1 working day. The email we send you will contain a repair number and instructions for sending your product back. Please do not return your product before receiving this email.The repair number we send you is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Important Information and Instruction

Philips Hospitality products have a two year warranty from the date of purchase shown on your invoice. As the end user, you are responsible for return freight costs. Please make certain the consignment is sufficiently franked to ensure its safe delivery to our repair centre.

We recommend you send the product to us in the original shipping box in which in which your product was delivered. Failing this, please use an outer container which is strong enough to protect the contents and use sufficient padding to prevent the product from moving around and don't pack more than one item per box.

If your product is damaged in transit, your warranty will be voided and you will be charged any repair costs.  

Warranty shall not apply to any product if:  

1. The Product has been repaired, tampered with, altered or modified, except by us or by persons authorized by us;  

2. The defects or damage to the Product result from normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, improper storage, water or other liquids, battery leakage, use of parts or accessories not approved or supplied by us;  

3. The Product has been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, abuse, or accident, or forces or exposure beyond normal use within the specified operational and environmental parameters set forth in the applicable Product specification; nor shall the above warranty provisions apply to any expendable or consumable items, such as batteries, or Accessories supplied with the Product.
